Eating and Sleep disorders
​Eating disorders are complex patterns of behavior and belief centred around food, body image, and control. They often reflect deeper emotional conflicts, unmet needs, or attempts to manage anxiety, perfectionism, or self-worth through food-related rituals. It can cause severe long and short term effects on health. It can be life threatening.

Sleep disorders involve persistent difficulties with falling or staying asleep, often caused by stress, anxious thinking, or disrupted internal rhythms. Over time, they affect mood, focus, and overall wellbeing.​
