Sexual assaults
Sexual abuse is a profound violation of trust. It refers to any form of unwanted sexual activity in which consent is not freely given leading to deep emotional and psychological imprints. Violation of such trust can be through coercion, manipulation and force. Survivors experience shame, guilt, fear, or disconnection from their sense of safety and self-worth.

In NLP
I coach trauma-informed techniques to gently reprocess painful memories. The approach honours the nervous system to release stored emotional charge and guides the mind to integrate the past with compassion rather than pain, to re-learn safety and self-trust. In a state of calm and clarity, clients reconnect with their strength, autonomy, and authenticity. By separating the event from your true identity, I will coach you on how to transform the residue of trauma into resilience — allowing you to reclaim your true strength and power.
Motivational quote:
What happened to you does not define you — your existence is a declaration that you are free.
